On the evening of November 19th 2023 at 20:20 hours, Carrollton VFD was dispatched to a brush fire near the 13300 Block of Colonel Hogan Lane. Initial units including 101, Brush and Engine 10 arrived on scene to find the brush area ablaze and also a large structure engulfed in flames. Incident Commander 101 requested mutual aid resources from Smithfield Volunteer Fire Department (Station 50) and Rushmere Volunteer Fire Department (Station 30). Working for more than two hours, units worked to bring the fire under control and extinguish it successfully.
